With over fifteen years of experience, Ricky has worked in a variety of disciplines, both litigation and transaction, across including all forms of civil litigation, state and federal, and even bankruptcy court. His expertise covers a broad range of residential and commercial real property issues and is has dealt with a variety of on the ground real issues drafting agreements (and litigating) everything from residential real property disputes to fights with homeowners association (HOA) to mobilehomes and RV parks. Along with developing his expertise in private lending, he has experience in employment issues, thefts of trade secrets, and even minority-majority shareholder disputes.

With the experience of trying over forty civil trials and having settled many more, Ricky is skilled at providing a laser-like focus to efficiently and cost-effectively resolve both small and complex disputes, especially when the problems are deliberately created by the opposing side.

Ricky is also a strong thought leader in the community and has been involved in various nonprofits and associations at the county, state, and national levels.
