Bennet Cinkle Esq

Attorney

Bio

Bennet is an associate attorney whose practice centers on private lending and real estate transactions. She works closely with lenders and real estate investors to structure, document, and execute real estate-backed financing arrangements with precision and strategic foresight. From due diligence through closing, she is committed to ensuring that each transaction is not only legally sound, but thoughtfully structured to protect her clients’ long-term interests.
With a background in eminent domain and property rights, Bennet brings a sophisticated understanding of real estate valuation, title complexities, and the legal frameworks that shape property ownership. Her experience navigating public-use takings and valuation disputes sharpened her ability to analyze risk, anticipate obstacles, and approach transactions with both rigor and practicality. She is particularly drawn to the intersection of law, land, and finance—where careful structuring and disciplined analysis create tangible results.

Bennet earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law in 2024, with an emphasis in Environmental, Land Use, and Real Estate Law. She was admitted to the State Bar of California in November 2024. She received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley, graduating with dual majors in Legal Studies and Philosophy.
Before entering private practice, Bennet worked in New York City at an advocacy center serving unaccompanied immigrant children—an experience that deepened her commitment to clarity, diligence, and principled representation. Today, she brings that same discipline and client-centered focus to her work in complex real estate and lending matters.
Bennet approaches each engagement with intellectual curiosity, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong belief that effective legal counsel should provide not only technical accuracy, but confidence and strategic clarity.
